Abstract

In the era of globalization, being a leader of the Millennial generation means having the ability, wisdom, integrity, honesty and vision that is in line with the progress of the times. Current and future leadership is a serious challenge. Leaders must be able to adapt to developments because basically the millennial generation grew up with rapid technological advances, meaning that leading the millennial generation also requires a millennial leadership style. Apart from that, the most important thing as a leader today is to have high empathy and a commitment to helping other people, regardless of race, religion or ethnicity.
