Relevansi Kepemimpinan Hindu Dalam Manajemen Dinamika Konflik Organisasi

Abstract
Leadership is a person's ability to lead several people in a forum. Becoming a leader is certainly not as easy as turning the palm of your hand by just giving orders to your subordinates, but you must be able to guide your subordinates so that they can achieve the initial goals in the organization they lead. When a leader cannot do this, it will cause conflict. Conflicts in the organization can be resolved one way by the leader applying the Hindu leadership concept in managing the dynamics of organizational conflict. The Hindu concept of leadership, which includes principles and values such as balance, tolerance, engagement, understanding the impact of karma, peaceful resolution of conflict, and the search for sustainable solutions, provides a solid guide for leaders in managing conflict effectively.
